Just yesterday, the Xiaomi unveiled the latest tablet, the Xiaomi Mi Pad 4. Now, the company also listed the Redmi 6 Pro on their official site, along with the Mi Pad 4, confirming the official launch of the devices. So, let’s talk about the Redmi 6 Pro price in China, specifications, and availability.
The Redmi 6 Pro features a 5.84-inch FHD+ display with 19:9 aspect ratio, with a notch on the top-screen. However, the device also comes with a software solution to hide the notch. The device runs on Android 8.1 Oreo, MIUI 9.0 on the top.
Similarly, the Redmi 6 Pro features a Dual 12-megapixel + 5-megapixel sensor with f/2.2 aperture, gyro-EIS, phase detection, autofocus, and LED flash. For selfies, there is a 5-megapixel sensor with HDR feature on the front. The front camera also supports AI portrait mode and AI face unlock.
Under the hood, there is a Snapdragon 625 SoC, octa-core CPU, coupled with either 3GB or 4GB of RAM with 32 GB or 32/64GB of internal storage respectively. If you want to expand the storage, there is a dedicated microSD card slot in the device. There is a 4000mAh battery. The fingerprint scanner is placed on the top-middle of the device at the rear.
Sensors include fingerprint (rear-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, Infrared, and USB 2.0. The Redmi 6 Pro will be available in Black, Blue, Gold, Rose Gold, and Red color options.
