The Vivo is on the hype these days because of its first-ever on-screen fingerprint sensor smartphone, the Vivo X20 Plus UD. It seems the company is going to get more attention, this time because of Vivo Xplay 7. It’s not the first time, the Vivo Xplay 7 flagship has been leaked, about six months ago, something popped on the internet. And now, new renders and specs of the device have again popped up in the Weibo.
This time, photos of the device are leaked, which looks like the screenshot of a PPT, which also contains the expected specifications of the device. Among all the expected specification, one aspect stood out, the 10GB RAM. If its true, the Vivo Xplay 7 flagship will be the first ever smartphone to have 10GB of RAM, that’s insane. For now, we only have seen 8GB RAM maximum on any smartphone.
Further, with the 10GB RAM, it is obvious the storage will also be upgraded, it would be on 256GB and 512GB internal storage variant. And we are also yet to see the 512GB variant on any smartphone, though.
The leaks also suggest that the Vivo Xplay 7 will also feature the on-screen fingerprint sensor, which is not much of trouble for the company. The Vivo has already implemented the under display fingerprint sensor in Vivo X20 Plus UD, embedding it on another phone is not much of trouble.
The Vivo Xplay 7 is expected to pack the Snapdragon 845, which is the latest chipset for the Qualcomm presently. Similarly, the display is expected to have 92.9% screen ratio and the 4K display panel, making an ultra-thin bezel smartphone.
On the optics department, the Vivo Xplay 7 will have the dual-camera setup with 4X lossless zoom, and Face Unlock 2.0 will be on the device too. The Vivo Xplay 7 is expected to be announced by spring as its predecessor.
