Samsung already has some world-class smartphones in the market, like Galaxy S8, Galaxy Note 8. Moreover, in the budget price category, the Samsung is also the leading company in Nepali context. Furthermore, if we watch carefully, none of the available smartphones in the market, either of Samsung or any other company has a clamshell form factor in their smartphones. In simple, terms, there is not flip phone available on the market anymore.
However, the Samsung doesn’t seem to let go the flip phone. Recent leaks show that the company is still working on the flip phones. Samsung does release a couple of Android-powered flip phones every year in selected markets. And for 2018, it has been working on a new flagship flip phone for past few months.
