With the recent increase in the size of the smartphone, the tablet market is losing its market. Customers are more interested in biggest screen smartphone than investing on tablets. Though the market is shrinking for the tablet market, Samsung Nepal has brought latest Galaxy Tab A 2017 in Nepal. And the tab is priced at Rs 28,990.
The Galaxy Tab A diagonally measures 8-inch which is great for consuming media and social networks. This 8-inch WXGA TFT display has the resolution of 800 X 1280 with the brightness of 480 nits. Powering the Tab is Snapdragon 425 Quad-core Chipset paired with 2 GB of RAM. The internal storage of 16GB might not be enough for tons of media and games, but you can expand storage up to 256GB via a microSD card.
Tablet as sure not made for taking photos but interestingly the Galaxy Tab A 2017 packs an 8MP camera with the f/1.9 aperture on the rear. And the 5MP camera on the front is more of video calls rather than taking selfies, but you can obviously take one.
The device is running on Android 7.1 Nougat, with the Samsung’s own A.I based assistant; Bixby. The tablet also has ‘Kids Mode’, a digital playground that is safe and provides fun-learning experience for children. And with 5000mAh battery, you can make 14 hours phone call, but most of you won’t as it feels like talking on a brick. But this massive battery should last throughout the day.
