Samsung’s budget friendly J-series devices are quite popular here in Nepal, given the specification for its price. So the market is flooded with the J-series devices from the Samsung. In fact, almost every we month there is a new J-series phone launched in the market. Adding to the list, the company has launched a brand new Samsung Galaxy J7 Max in Nepal.
The Samsung Galaxy J7 Max features a 5.7-inch PLS LCD screen with a 1080 x 1920 resolution (Full-HD). The company has opted for PLS LCD display instead of company’s own AMOLED display. Driving the device is the Media Tek Helio P20 SoC (MT6757 chipset) carrying an octa-core 2.3GHz CPU and the Mali-T880 MP2 GPU. 4GB of RAM is inside along with 32GB of native storage (23.9GB is available to the user). A 256GB capacity microSD dedicated slot is available to those seeking additional storage.
The J7 Max has a 13MP rear camera with a f/1.7 aperture. The 13MP front-facing camera has an aperture of f/1.9 which will allow users to snap selfies in the dark. The Social Camera Mode allows users to produce live stickers with the cameras, and pin their favorite contacts to the cameras to quickly share photos and videos with them.
There is a tiny strip of LED light encircling the rear camera known as Samsung Smart Glow, which lights up different colors according to pre set color according to the importance of notification. And to secure your device there is a fingerprint scanner on the front.
Keeping the lights on is a 3300mAh battery, and the device will be offered in Black and in Gold with Android Nougat pre-installed with Samsung’s own UI on the top.
The Galaxy J7 Max is priced at Rs.28290.
