In recent times the smartphone gaming has taken a big jump. Some companies have already launched the smartphone dedicated to the gaming, like Razer Phone, Xiaomi Black Shark, ASUS ROG Phone, etc. Further, the games also have become more intense and use more memory than ever. Few recent hyped games are PUBG and Fortnite. Now, the PUBG Mobile Lite is on the market focused on older or lower-end devices.
The few past weeks has been all about the Fortnite because the game is finally available for the Android users. However, to compete the Fortnite, another game PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) has overtaken the race.
Launched back in February for Android devices, it quickly climbed up the charts in the Google Play Store, as expected. But, the game demanded pretty high power to run. And some tech geeks also complain that the game has not been optimized for the mobile devices. If you have the latest Android devices you are good to go. But if you own older device, you are in big trouble, because it can’t handle the game properly. So, what should you do?
Not to worry folks, PUBG Mobile Lite is on the market. The PUBG Mobile Lite is designed specifically to play on the lower-tier devices. It is literally the same regular game, just focused for lower-end devices. Instead of 100 players, you face only 40 of them. Further, the map is also smaller so that your device has fewer graphics to render.
Besides these two changes, the rest of the game looks exactly the same as regular PUBG Mobile.
Wait! Wait! Before you rush off to download the game, there is a major setback: it is only available in the Philippines. So, either you have to be in that location or use the VPN. I don’t think they will keep the PUBG Mobile Lite only in a location, so expect it soon in other locations also.
