Plants vs Zombies is tower defense game developed by PopCap Games for Microsoft Windows and OSX, initially. Later on 2010, it was developed for IOS and HD version for iPad. After releasing for many other platforms, PopCap released the game for Android only in May 2011.
The game involves a homeowner using the variety of different plants to defense the zombies entering the house and eating their brains. The game received a positive response from critics and was mentioned for multiple Interactive Achievement Awards alongside receiving praise for its musical score.
PopCap released a sequel version of the game, Plants Vs Zombies 2 in 2013. And this year, back in March EA Arts (distributor) announced a new version of the game – Plants vs. Zombies: Heroes. The games are now finally launched and available worldwide for IOS and Android, so get you horticulture now.
The new feature about this game is, it allows you to play as either Plants or as Zombies. Unlock their lawn-inspiring super powers, and choose your favorites based on their signature styles and abilities. As you go along, you can collect hundreds of new and familiar Plants vs. Zombies characters, build a winning team, and compete in multiplayer matches.
As this is a worldwide launch, the company has introduced several improvement and enhancements in graphics and gameplay. As always, the games is available for free to play and some in-app purchases, the EA’s old idea. There are total 20 plants and zombie heroes and over 200 collectible characters cards.
