Oppo, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer, plans to launch new smartphone soon, – Oppo F5. The company has released some pictures of the phone, though the internal specs are still unknown.
The company is heavily marketing the artificial intelligence-enabled selfie beautification on the Oppo F5, which is likely to be the biggest highlight of the handset. Most probably, the phone will be available in the first week of November, November 2 to be precise (in India), some Indian tech website claim. So, we can also expect the phone before December 2017 in Nepal.
If we believe the recent leaks and speculations, here are the most probable specs that the Oppo F5 is supposed to have:
At the first look, the phone seems to have very thin bezels on the sides and quite fewer bezels at top and bottom. It resembles the Galaxy Note 8. The phone will have a 6-inches IPS LCD display, and the rumors suggest that the Oppo F5 will sport a full-HD+ screen resolution of 1080×2160 pixels.
In the optics department, it packs a 12-megapixel camera at the rear and 20-megapixels for the selfies. Of course, Oppo F5 will be a selfie-focused phone. The phone inherits core OPPO photography technology with AI-Powered Selfie on the front camera and optimized rear camera to capture life’s fun moments. So, we have to wait until the company reveals the phone.
The phone comes with 64GB of internal storage, expandable up to 256GB via microSD card. To back the internals, it has a 4000mAh non-removable battery inside. And it runs on Android Nougat (upgradable to Android 8). The fingerprint sensor is mounted at the rear. The new teaser from Oppo also reveals that the F5 will come in Red, Black, and White colors.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB OTG, 3G, and 4G. Sensors on the phone include Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer and Ambient light sensor.
