Samsung just revealed the latest high-end flagships- Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus. Similarly, Xiaomi also announced their new Xiaomi Mi 6. And apple, will also soon launch the iPhone 8. Now, OnePlus is going to launch their new flagship soon – OnePlus 5.
So, what’s the point? Every company releases their high-end products once or twice a year?
The point is, OnePlus 5 has quite impressive Benchmark results, which are better than Samsung Galaxy S8. Actually, currently Galaxy s8 and Xperia XZ Premium are two most popular devices with the same chipset, however, their scores are lower than of OnePlus 5. The phone has an impressive score of 1963 (single core) and the massive 6687 score (multi-core). The Samsung’s flagship scored 1929 (single core) and 6084(multicore) and Sony’s flagship scored 1943 (single core) and 5824 (multicore).
Furthermore, the OnePlus 5 will come with Android 7.1.1 Nougat, with Oxygen OS on the top.
The above information is retrieved from GSM Arena. So, we have pretty good reason to trust the screenshots. The pre-production units might have slightly different scores and given the scores, the final products seem to quite powerful.
