The HMD Global has already confirmed the launch date for their upcoming flagship on May 16, 2018. The flagship will have the notch on the top of the screen, and it will be called Nokia X (or X6). The company has already showcased the Nokia X phone through a 4-days event that ended on may 2 in Beijing, China.
Even though the phone was showcased, the company has not revealed the pricing and internal specifications. Actually, a lot of photos were surfaced and even a video could be found on the YouTube. But the video does not reveal any specifications. However, they confirmed the launch date at 16 May. The screen of the phone features a small-sized notch like other notch enabled Android phones that have launched so far. The side bezels are slim, and the slightly thick bottom bezel features the Nokia logo.
Similarly, the back of the phone seems to be made out of the glass. The primary camera is stacked vertically at the top middle along with LED flash and the fingerprint sensor just below. Further, there is volume rocker and power button on the right side and SIM Card and MicroSD tray on the left. A headphone jack and noise cancellation port on the top and speaker, microphone and USB on the bottom.
If the rumors are to be believed, the Nokia X will be arriving with a 5.8-inch display with 19:9 aspect ratio. The base model that is expected to be priced at 1,599 Yuan (~$251) with HelioP60 chipset and 4 GB RAM. The higher variant that is rumored to feature Snapdragon 636 SoC and 6 GB of RAM may arrive in China with a price tag of 1,799 Yuan (~$283).
