After lots of rumors and speculations, the Nokia 9 PureView is official now. It has five rear cameras and a selfie camera. According to the HMD Global, it is a limited edition, will be offered for a limited run. Nevertheless, let’s talk about the Nokia 9 PureView price in Nepal (expected), camera, features, and availability.
All about those five cameras
With six rings surrounding a single ring, which looks like spider’s eyes, are the five cameras, ToF Camera and flash. All five camera have a 12-megapixel sensor, three of them being monochrome and rest are RGB camera, all f/1.8, 28mm. That means, only a couple of camera can take colors photo, rest are used to enhance contrast and details in the photos. In that case, these cameras cannot be used separately.
Actually, when you press the shutter, all five cameras shoot different exposure at the same time and later on merged together into a single one, making the more detailed photo. Besides, a single camera can shoot multiple exposures on their own, to add more data to the final image. In short, these five cameras can take more detailed photos, than any other smartphone camera.
All these five cameras functioning is processed through Snapdragon 845, really? The Snapdragon 845 is made only to handle three lenses out of the box. How even is this possible? Well, the Nokia collaborated with Light (makers of large 16-camera L16), employing Light’s Lux Capacitor camera control chip to manger the cameras.
