Recently, the Nokia launched a new teaser on its website, showing the glimpses of its upcoming Android-powered smartphone. The upcoming phone will be called Nokia 6. You can watch the teaser here.
As Nokia says:
The first Nokia smartphone powered by Android™. China exclusive.
Actually, you can sign up for a mailing list, if you want to stay up to date on the upcoming smartphones. However, there is no much information about Nokia 6. However, the phone looks very stylish and have a full metallic body.
It has the volume rocker on the right, just above the power/sleep-wake button. For security reason, it has a fingerprint scanner on the home button. At the bottom we can see USB –C type port (probably), microphone on left and a speaker on the right bottom. Alongside with camera and flash, the phone has noise cancellation microphone, built on the back and a 3.5mm audio jack at the top.
Elegant simplicity. Trusted reliability. Lasting quality. We are unlocking new and extraordinary possibilities for billions of people. And we’re just getting started, with new smartphones coming in 2017.
The Nokia 6 will go on sale in China exclusively at DJ.com, for the price of Rs. 26, 000 (source). The company didn’t release any photo of the phone. HMD global will launch more Nokia phones in the first half of 2017.
