As the government has facilitated the expansion of telecommunication services to all nooks and corners of the country, the NTA has also planned to ensure the quality of the service. The authority launched a new app where the customers can provide the feedback and complaints.
Nepal Telecom Authority launches QoS Survey app, to collect feedback.
Though, the company announced the plan to buy the modern drive test equipment to monitor the service quality of telecom companies five years ago. Only a feedback collecting app launched.
Talking about the NTA QoS survey app, it collects the feedback online from the customers, regarding the telecom services provided by the telecom.
NTA believes that the feedback of the customers for the Quality of service will encourage telecom service providers to focus more on the quality of service and customer satisfaction.

However, only the time will tell how effective this initiation will be?
