The result of collaboration between Google and Xiaomi, Xiaomi MiA1 is finally launched in Nepal. As we mentioned the device will be available within a week, the company has launched the device. The pre-booking of the MiA1 has started at the price tag of Rs. 29,999 and will be will be available by 24th September in all the authorized Mi Stores.
On the specification side, this device has a 5.5-inch display with the resolution of 1920 X 1080 pixels, making pixel density 403ppi. Powering the device is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 625 based on 14nm technology for better performance and better battery life. For the smoother operation, the device has 4GB RAM alongside 64GB storage to keep all your apps and data and can be further expanded up to 128GB if needed.
On the optics department, it packs 12-megapixels at the rear one regular lens and another telephoto lens for 2x zooming and portraits with shallow depth of field. Rear camera setup is similar to that of iPhone 7Plus and OnePlus 5. On the front is 5-megapixel for the selfies. To back the internals is a 3080mAh non-removable battery. And the phone charge over USB Type-C, unlike other budget end device for Xiaomi.
The main feature is the device is the software. As the Mi A1 is a collaboration between Xiaomi and Google under project Android One. The device will be running on the latest stock Android and will be among the first devices to receive the future update from Google. And the device will be getting Android Oreo update by the end of the year.
