The leaks and speculations keep floating around the internet every now and then. As always, this time we have come across with new leaks and renders of the upcoming flagship from Meizu, Meizu Pro 7 and 7 Plus. The renders reveal some of the uniquely eye-catching features. Besides, renders shows the most part is a nice looking but the uninspiring phone, particularly from the front.
The back is also quite interesting with the placement of the dual-camera and somewhat unique secondary display. While this in not the first a secondary display is placed at the rear of the device. A Russian manufacturer, Yotaphone has already used a secondary display on two of its Yotaphone series devices. The mini display on the back of Meizu Pro 7 is 2-inches LED display, a place for showing the notifications and other contextual information, without using much battery power. Some leaked image show you can play a game on that secondary display.
Other details to emerge point to 5.2″ and 5.7″ SuperAMOLED displays (4K for the Pro 7 Plus and FHD for the Pro 7), a deca-core MediaTek Helio X30 SoC, and up to 8GB RAM. On the optics department, its 16MP front camera and a 12MP Sony sensor on the rear, with OIS, LED flash, and 4K recording.
If we look at the renders closely, it will have a home button with the fingerprint sensor on the front chin, a USB-C port for charging, a single bottom-firing speaker, and a beloved headphone jack.
