Similarly, the Khalti Digital Wallet partners with OYO, making hotel booking easier.
One of the emerging digital wallet of Nepal has partnered with the OYO, the hotel service pioneer. Khalti is a Nepali digital wallet from the makers of Sparrow SMS. As Khalti Digital Wallet partners with OYO, customers from Nepal can make one-touch payments for a hotel room, through the app or the web-based bookings.

Further, the Khalti was also declared as the winner of GBG Storytelling Contest, a global startup competition by the Google. Currently, Khalti has more than 100,000 users registered on its platform.
The OYO is the global pioneer of a new business model developed in India, which entered into Nepal in last April 2018. OYO partners with hotels to standardize and transform their rooms enabling a better experience for the guest. Currently, the OYO operate with 20+ hotels in Kathmandu and Pokhara and in the process of expansion, obviously.
