With the aim to be the number one smartphone seller in Nepal, Huawei is launching new smartphone back to back. And mid tier series like Nova and Y-series seems to be peferred choice in Nepalese market. Continuing this priority, this time Huawei Nepal has launched the Huawei Nova 3e, a.ka. Huawei P20 Lite. So, let’s talk about the Huawei Nova 3e price in Nepal, specifications, features, and availability.
With dual-glass design and a metal-frame, the phone has 5.84-inches IPS LCD display, with a notch on the screen-top.
The Nova 3e runs on the familiar Huawei’s in-house Kirin 659 chipset with an octa-core A53 processor, Mali-T830 MP3 GPU, and 4GB of RAM. There is a dual-cam setup on the back with a 16MP sensor behind the f/2.2 lens and a secondary 2MP helper for background blur. At the front sits a 24MP selfie shooter (Sony IMX576) behind f/2.0 lens.
Huawei Nova 3e price in Nepal is Rs. 35,900 only.
To back up the internals there is a non-removable 3000mAh battery. It runs on Android 8.0 Orero out of the box.
Coming to the main point, should I buy this phone?
Given the specifications, the phones seem quite attractive. However, there are other phones which are very close and even better than the Huawei Nova 3e, like OPPO F7and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro.
If we compare all these three smartphones, recently launched OPPO F7 comes with Helio P20 processor, Redmi Note 5 Pro comes with Snapdragon 636. Actually, MediaTek SoC is considered as little bit low-performing chipsets, so the OPPO F7 falls behind, in this competition.
Similarly, comparing the internals specs of Huawei Nova 3e and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro (coming soon), they are quite similar, Redmi Note 5 Pro seems to be leading though.

Final Thoughts
Both SoCs are quite similar in terms of performance and gaming, there is no vast difference. Still, If you are a person who likes gaming on Mobile phones then you should go with SD 636. If you want better performance then try Kirin 659.
Talking about the cameras, both devices has very much similar sensors, really don’t have a huge difference. Still, if you love taking selfies, go for OPPO F7 or Redmi Note 5 Pro has a 20MP sensor with LED flash.
Well, the Huawei Nova 3e price in Nepal is Rs. 35,900 only, just arrived in the market. So, we recommend giving some time, because the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is on the way, probably a week or so. So, we must wait for the price of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro. If the Redmi Note 5 Pro comes around the Rs. 35,000 price range, you should go with it, otherwise, the Huawei Nova 3e is best one.
