Premium range smartphone from the Gionee which was launched at the Mobile World Congress 2017, which was yet to made debut in the Nepalese market is all set to launch. At the MWC 2017 Gionee presented 2 smartphones GioneeA1 and A1 Plus, among them, Gionee A1 is already available in the market. Now TeleTalk authorized distributor of Gionee in Nepal is going to launch GioneeA1 Plus.
It is a bigger phone compared to the sibling Gionee A1, with a 6-inch display with FHD (1920X1080) resolution. The A1 Plus is powered by an Helio 25 SoC paired with 4GB of RAM.
The key feature of both the Gionee smartphones is their selfie cameras. The A1 sports a 16-megapixel snapper up front, while the A1 Plus sports a 20-megapixel snapper. On the rear A1 is equipped with a 13-megapixel snapper, while the A1 Plus is equipped with a dual rear camera setup — 13-megapixel and 5-megapixel. The camera setup on the A1 Plus has the ability to click DSLR-like photos with bokeh effect.
Both Gionee smartphones are backed by massive batteries — 4,010mAh on the A1, and 4,550mAh on the A1 Plus. The company claims both the batteries are good enough to last for over a day and can be charged pretty quickly thanks to fast charging. Like A1, A1 Plus will come with Android Nougat 7.0 with company own Amigo UI on top of it.
