Recently new phone from Gionee was launched in China with a hell of specification and price. Gionee launched a new smartphone Gionee M2017 with a 7000mAh battery. Yeah, you read it right 7000mAh of battery. With that battery, you can make a call for 32 hours. And it can give onscreen battery time of 26 hours according to the company. The Gionee M2017 is premium range phone with the mid-range processor. The smartphone has Snapdragon 653 CPU with 6 GB of RAM
The M 2017 has a 5.7in QHD AMOLED display. For photos and videos, the phone has a dual camera 12 and 13MP, and the front camera is 8MP. However, depending on the size of the internal memory, the smartphone is expensive or very expensive: with 128 GB it costs 965 euros, with 256 GB it is literally 2340 euros.
The differences in the price are however also due to the materials used: the most favorable version of the Gionee M2017 is wrapped in calfskin, the most expensive version in alligator leather. With the material used and the price point, the company has target the executive group of the customers
Though, we might not see this phone in Nepal because of the price. The phone will cost you CNY 6999 (roughly Rs. 120,000). As of now, there is no word whether the new Gionee M2017 will be released in other regions or stay exclusive to China. Another Gionee M2017 version with Italian custom alligator leather back panel has also been released at CNY 16,999 (roughly Rs. 2,72,000).
