It seems the Gionee Nepal wants to clear up its old stock smartphone as soon as possible. Because again the Gionee A1 Lite price in Nepal has been sliced again. At the beginning, when the company launched the device, it was priced at Rs. 25,999 only and again last September/October the company brought it down to Rs. 22,999 only. Yet again, the company has brought it down to Rs. 20,570 only.
Gionee A1 Lite is a 5.3-inch phone with just 720p resolution, this is smaller than Gionee A1. There is IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on the top. The phone is powered by MediaTek MT6753 Octa-core 1.3GHz processor with 3GB of RAM. Onboard storage of the GioneeA1 Lite is 32GB which can be expanded up to 256GB. The SIM tray is unique on this device, there are three slots on the tray with 2 for dual SIM tray and 1 for microSD card.
The Gionee A1 Lite packs whopping 20 MP front facing the camera for the selfie. According to the company, Gionee uses 4-Cell/Quadra dining technique for A1 Lite, which compounds the 4 pixels around into one sensor unit. It can capture 4 times of the amount of light, which improves the imaging quality greatly, especially in low light. And on the rear, there is a 13MP camera with f/2.0 aperture. The dual flash on the rear is combined with IR blaster which can control electronic devices.
The fingerprint scanner is placed just below the rear camera, which is in a different position than that of other A1 phones. On A1 and A1 plus fingerprint scanner was placed on the front of the phone. The Gionee A1 Lite packs 4000mAh battery to phone the phone. The phone is running Amigo 4.0 on the top of Android 7.0 Nougat.
