Frustrated Customer hacked Subisu’s Official Website

How extreme will you go if you ISP is not providing promised service? Well, you might call the operator, and write on social media complaining the problem to the operator. But service from the Subisu has been so nerve wracking that the customers have been continuously trolling the operator on the social media.

With all this trolling and scolding on the social media seems had not bothered the operator a bit. The is a hint of improving from the operator. Instead, the company had been launching new this and that scheme instead of improving the service.

This carelessness from the operator had crossed the limits of its customers, and the result of this was extreme. Someone has hacked the official website of the Subisu. The hacker has claimed itself as the “Subisu Pidit”. And left a message to the company:

This is a serious message to the admin, stop focusing on profit and try giving us quality service. We are Subisu Pidit, we don’t forgive, We don’t forget. Expect Us ! 😀 Subisu Pidit haru ko lagi Mittho Gift ! 😀

Along with the message the following youtube video was posted on the hacked website.

Now the company seems to have taken the control of the website back, but the website is not accessible with message “This Website is Under Construction”. Here is the link.

This might not be the right ways to protest against the operator for the bad service they provide. But this can force the operator to think what the consequence poking the customer wrong way and continue ignoring the complaints.

What do you was it right to hack the website from contiguously ignoring the complaints of the customers?
