Apple launched its latest iPhone on last month, 7th September 2016. The fans had a high expectation on that event, but Apple didn’t care about the Mac. It has been really long since Apple updated their Mac Book Pro.
As the rumors were floating around regarding the launch of Mac, it seems they were quite accurate. Apple is planning to introduce new Mac Book at an Oct. 27 event, the source confirmed to Re/code. As the company released their new Mac OS Sierra last month but yet to introduce any new hardware supporting the operating system.
The rumors suggest that the new Mac Book will have OLED touch bar just right above the keyboard. The new Mac Book Pro is expected to have thinner and lighter body.
Some other interested features are also expected as listed below:
- Apple’s Siri Voice Assistant.
- The ability to copy and paste between iOS and Mac OS.
- Touch ID.
USB – A port, HDMI port, SD card reader slot, with four USB – C ports etc. is also expected in new devices. It is also said to include support for USB 3.1 and Thunderbolt 3.
The rumors suggest that the place at or near Apple’s Cupertino Campus rather than San Francisco is chosen for the event.
Microsoft also scheduled their new Windows 10 hardware event on Wednesday 26 October 2016. However, the Apple has declined to comment, as re/code suggests. The week seems to be quite busy. Other devices like iMac, Mac Pro, and the Mac mini are also in the line to be launched in the event. Still, there is some time left for the event, media invites are expected to go out later this week.
Talking about the availability of these products in Nepal is quite clear, wait for a couple of months. I mean, its been almost 2 months since the Apple launched iPhone 7, still, we are yet to get hands on new iPhone.
