Well, if you own the Huawei Mate 10 Pro, P20 and P20 Pro, you have good news. Its time to check your phone as the update is already being pushed to these devices. The registration has already started, from yesterday. The early registration for updating to EMUI 9.0 beta version is opened to Mate 10 pro, and P20 users after 18th December, P20 pro users can get their upgrade registered from 24th December.
Indeed, designed to provide clean, optimized and simplified experience, Huawei is always looking forward to improving their OS for better user experience and EMUI 9.0 update is no different. The EMUI 9.0 do not just brings Android 9 Pie but also brings new features. The new update brings the immersive user experience (UX) features that focus on a faster and smoother animation, minimizing the possibilities of lagging in between the usage of different apps and functions. Besides, Huawei introduces a new and improved gesture-based navigation system can be enabled for an even more intuitive navigation experience. The new gesture navigation is just like Google lens but with some neat tricks such as calorie identification in foods. Similarly, the system response speed is said to have increased by almost 26%.
Further, in the update, there is a 10% reduction of options in settings from 940 to 843 options. For example, users can now enable all location services with on touch, instead of enabling GPS, WLAN, and mobile location services separately, streamlining the process and saving time.
Besides, there are other minor improvements and enhancements, for improving the overall performance of the device.

- Check the “update” in QUICK SERVICES.
