Apple has very sophisticated supply chain with its own retail store in almost every part of the world. Apple customer support is often rated highly throughout the world, but the case is not same always.They cannot always avoid the unhappy customers easily. A customer in France smashes the iPhone and the Mac Book Air in front of store staff very calmly with a boule metal ball (used in a French bowls game).
The international media suggest that the angry man was complaining about his customer right and the refund. No news of injuries or any other harm has been reported other than broken Apple equipment.
The man seems to taken in custody outside the store. Hope the angry man has purchased Apple care protection, otherwise it is going to be costly property damage.
